There comes a point when the way you talk about your work no longer reflects who you are, or where you’re going.

You know what you do has value, but you’re too close to it to see and communicate it clearly. Your thinking feels tangled. Your message and website have become over-complex. You may be carrying more than one strand of expertise and struggling to bring it together into something that feels coherent and true.

About me

I'm Sonja – a strategist, writer and guide.

I help independent experts and purpose-led organisations find clarity when their work has outgrown its narrative – and the confidence to communicate who they are, what they do and why it matters. Listening is at the heart of my work; it’s the most reliable way I know to see your real value clearly.

Based in Bristol, I work across the UK and beyond. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me swimming outdoors, the colder the better. Clarity has a habit of emerging there.
