About me

I'm Sonja – a communication strategist, writer and guide.

I help independent experts and purpose-led organisations find clarity when their work has outgrown its narrative, and the confidence to communicate who they are, what they do and why it matters.

Listening sits at the heart of my approach. It’s the most effective way I’ve found to uncover the real value in what you do – the essence of the Valuable Content approach I believe in.

Based in Bristol, I work across the UK and beyond. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me swimming outdoors – the colder the better. Ice-sharp clarity has a habit of emerging here.
